Return and Refund Policy

🛡️ Refund Policy Overview (rev. Jan 19 2025)

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our transparent approach to refunds for online courses:


🔹 1. Free Cancellation Window – Up to 3 Business Days

  • Full refund (minus a $100 administrative fee) if you request in writing via email within three business days of registration and have not accessed any course materials.
     
  • Once you access any part of the course, you’re no longer eligible for a refund.
     


🔹 2. Returns of Physical Materials

  • If you've received shipped materials (books, kits, etc.) and wish to cancel within 3 days:
     
    • Return items unused and in original packaging at your expense.
       
    • A restocking/shipping fee may apply.
       
  • No refunds on digital products (e-books, Kindle content) once delivered.
     

🔹 3. Course Extensions & Late Access

  • Access ends on the date noted in your Welcome Letter.
     
  • To extend access after that date, a separate extension fee applies—refunds are not granted for missed access periods.
     

🔹 4. No Refunds After Course Start

  • Once the course has begun or any material is accessed, no refunds are issued.
     
  • This ensures fairness, especially for resource allocation and instructor commitments.
     

🔹 5. When Refunds Don’t Apply

These conditions help maintain consistency and prevent abuse:


  • Personal scheduling conflicts
     
  • Change of mind after starting the course
     
  • Financial difficulties
     
  • Partial course completion
     
  • Failure to complete within the designated period
     

Refunds are reserved for situations within our clearly defined cancellation window.


🔹 6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate your refund:

  1. Email admissions@nationalschoolofsleepmedicine.com within three business days, including your registration date and reason.
     
  2. Return any physical materials (unused, original packaging) within 7 days.
     
  3. Refunds (minus admin and shipping fees) will be processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.

  • We regularly review this policy and may update it. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.
     
  • Policy is accessible anytime via footer link, course pages, and checkout screens—because transparency builds trust.
